Sometimes I sit back and think about all the things I’ve made it through — the things that could’ve broken me, the situations that could’ve ended differently, and the moments when I didn’t understand why God allowed me to go through what I did.
And then I remember: I’m still here.
That alone tells me God isn’t finished with me yet.
There are times when we question why certain things happen. Why did I have to go through that? Why did God let me experience that pain? Why was I spared when things could’ve turned out so differently?
Maybe we don’t always get the answer right away.
But I believe God keeps us here for a reason.
There is still someone you’re supposed to help. Someone you’re supposed to encourage. A prayer you haven’t seen answered yet. A door you haven’t walked through. A blessing you haven’t received. A version of yourself you haven’t even met yet.
Your story isn’t over just because you went through a chapter you never would’ve chosen.
Sometimes the things that shake us the hardest are the same things that remind us how precious life really is. They teach us to slow down, love harder, forgive quicker, appreciate the little things, and stop taking tomorrow for granted.
If God woke you up this morning, there is still purpose attached to your life.
You may not know exactly what that purpose is yet. You may still be healing, figuring things out, or wondering where He is leading you.
But you’re still here.
And I don’t believe that’s an accident.
God kept you here for a reason. Keep going until you find out why. 🤍🙏
